“On both our outward and inbound journey we were left waiting to be met by our driver & car. Travelling with children and especially a toddler, this inefficiency was very stressful. I use meet and greet for the convenience and seamless travel, but this didn’t happen on this occasion sadly.”
“I am afraid to say the experience wasn’t good at all. My family and I had to wait an hour for the return of car due to the key being mislaid. Lucky it wasn’t raining. I was offered £30 refund which I accepted although made it clear wasn’t enough as our time is worth more than an hour. The money was returned without further acknowledgment.
