“First they hung up on me when I called them, It took an hour to have my car brought to me, it was covered in sap from a tree where it had been parked. Awful”
“We have used meet and greet Parking on a number of occasions and always found it to be very good. On this occasion when we returned, I rung the provider who told me that I may have to wait up to 45 minutes for my car as they had a backlog. The car arrived 25 minutes later, which isn’t something you want when it’s nearly 1 am in the morning.”
“Our outward journey was a disaster. From initially calling at 6:40am(and being on hold for ages!) our car was eventually picked up 40 minutes later. The return was a lot better though but would think twice before using again”
