“The timekeeping and service was basically good. However, the driver felt the need to change the seat height and angle, back rest angle, steering column height and depth settings. Not necessary just to park the car surely? Just for their amusement? Bit annoying when you jump in for a long drive home after a long flight.”
“Instructions for drop off were not clear, we entered an underground car park incorrectly. There needs to be clear instruction about waiting in the layby opposite Premier Inn if there is not a visible attendant waiting yet.
Pick up states ring when you are collecting your luggage, not when you have COLLECTED your luggage. Simple things but would be a big difference to please customers.”
“Drop off driver gave us the wrong card which connected us to Stanstead not Gatwick. when we got through the right person at Gatwick he was very abrupt and told us we have to pay for the wash & clean NOW before the car would be sent, - we expected that of course but the way he said it???
That said we would give meet & greet another go”
