“Great service from the point of notifying of arrival to drop off point, exactly where they said they would be, to the friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival from our journey we had scheduled a later collection, but this was no problem to the team at APH who informed they would get our vehicle back to us as soon as possible and indicated the whereabouts of the meeting point. As we exited the departures building and made our way to the meeting point, our car was arriving along the road in front of us. Excellent service.”

“Use this company a lot, they go through I love meet and greet and they have been ok up till now. But when we arrived back at Gatwick we had to wait over 30 minutes for our car in the cold. Other people had their car delivered before us too! Before we went I wanted to extend my parking by one day, it went from £134 to £192! A difference of £58 as they can do as a new booking???Allin all disappointed.”
“Hello Customer Service,
I called your operator at 11.46 a.m. After clearing customs. I was assured the car would be in the drop off zone soon after we had walked there.My partner was in some distress as she felt unwell and anxious, especially as other passengers waiting in the zone all had their cars delivered ,apart from us.
I called again at 12.15 and the operator told me that the situation was "manic", and could not assure me on what time the car would arrive. Thereafter one of your vehicles pulled in and dropped off one of your drivers at the zone. Your driver Richard( Dickie) was driving ,with Candida in the car, recognised me from meeting us when we first dropped the car off the previous week, and asked me about our situation. At 12.41 your lovely driver Candida delivered our car -a true heroine, as Dickie and her had taken the initiative to research our issue. Candida apologised profusely and comforted my partner, and explained there had been an operator error.
