“Very good. Friendly driver and good communication from central switchboard. Only quibble, we had info saying we would be met at the car park, but found on the day that it was now the cental reservation outside Premier Inn. Good value compared to overnight stays.”
“There was about a 20 min wait for our car at the end - despite ringing when we had our bags, like we were told. Which at 1.30am with 3 kids (one of which was an overtired 5 year old) was not ideal!”

“Excellent experience, our car was picked up promptly on arrival at the airport and returned to us without delay when we got back despite being nearly 02:00 in the morning. The only thing that could have been better would be clearer instructions about where the APH drop-off point is. We ended up going unnecessarily into the multi-storey car park on arrival costing £5.00 to get out and then getting into the wrong lane to approach the drop-off point. It was the third time around for us to reach the correct area.”
“Excellent service. Arrived 3am in morning. Phoned when 10 mins away and someone there to meet us. We only had to walk over a road into the airport. Same on arrival back into the country. Very efficient service would definitely use again.”
