“Great service , both departing and arriving. We had to make an urgent change at the very last minute on our arrival back and it was super easy and stress free to do. Very professional staff , will definitely use again.”
“Overall the service was ok particularly on drop off but when picking up the car it was late in the evening and we were with 2 small children and a baby but had to wait a while for the car to come even though we called when clearing customs as instructed. When receiving the car, one tyre was really under inflated (which wasn’t the case when I dropped it off) and an error message came up on the car as soon as I turned it on so the person dropping it off would have known that but didn’t tell me. Luckily I had a tyre inflator so was able to resolve it but it’s really poor to be handed back the car in such a condition when I have young kids.”
“Unfortunately not quite the ‘meet and greet’ service we have experienced in the past. When we dropped the car off we waited 30 minutes from the time of our phone call before someone was with us to collect the car. We were told it was a very busy time. After we landed the service was a bit better, with perhaps only 15 minutes from the time of our call, but even with a brief stop at M&S in the arrivals hall and. A broken travelator meaning the walk took longer than usual we still got to the meeting point over 5 minutes before the car did.”
“Realy easy to use just call ten minutes before you arrive you are given clear instructions where to go and theres quick handover before walking to departures. On return we just called once collected luggage and car was in same place we left it. Perfect no hassle no problems have used before and will use again very soon!”
“First time using this service and a bit wary as lots of stories of vehicles been used whilst owner is away or being parked on side rounds. Very pleased a polite and very efficient service exactly as offered. Made travelling with our 2 small children a little easier.
