“I have used this service previously on a number of occasions with the same vehicle. This time round on the return journey I was told that because my car is registered as a taxi/Minicab, APH drivers are not insured to drive it. So I had to wait in the cold for 20mins to get picked up and taken to the car park. I was not told this on collection. I used the same service in January and didn't have any issues. The car was collected and dropped off without any problems. Last year November I had the same problem but wasn't informed anything on pick up. There's no notification or information on the website when booking. It's like they make up their own rules as and when they feel.”
