As always, the company is very professional and friendly, and even though our flight was delayed for 9 hours, arriving back in the early hours, this was not a problem for them. We will definitely use Meet and Greet again, and can highly recommend.”
“Booked this service as my husband has disabilities and have a young child and would be returning on a late flight. Drop off was brilliant, but return was horrendous, bearing in mind we give the flight details over (as you don’t get told when your confirmed flights times are until the day before you leave, as most will know) so estimated how long we may take getting through baggage reclaim, customs etc. our flight was early getting in by 15 mins. I called as required when got to baggage reclaim, was on hold for circa 10 minutes being 7th in the queue (it was 00.30hrs!?) person who answered was abrupt and advised would be with us asap, explained my child had been taken unwell and was covered in sick, my husband had a fall coming of plane also. Got outside 25 minutes later no car, called again, this person was friendlier, apologised said will be with us shortly, had limited staff, explained my child was covered in sick in the freezing cold, we were doing our best to keep her warm. Another 25 minutes went past 2 more desperate calls in between from myself and husband begging for our car and it arrived, we were all in a complete state, fraught and freezing, my husband in shorts and T-shirt as we had wrapped our unwell, sick soaked child in his hoodie to keep her warm, he was in pain and needed to take meds. Completely unreliable when we needed it most. Not worth it, especially when the jingle on hold is all about being there when we need them.”
