“Absolutely perfect service , very easy and everyone I spoke to before arrival and pickup and the guys who were waiting for us to drop the car off and pick it up were very polite and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.”

(1) meet very efficient,good friendly staff.
(2) greet (return journey) was a disaster.
waited 30 mins for the car.
aph rep disappeared pretty quickly.
car was librally covered in excrument ,mostly bird droppings and nettles caught in rear door.
windscreen was partly obscured with hardened droppings despite somebody having hosed the car down with water and still dripping.you dont want this problem at 01.00am.
aph rep mentioned non of this before legging it.
Matter is now subject to formal complaint.”
