One small suggestion though - as there is no clear markings where to stop your car at drop off and with us, no one waiting at the time, please refrain from lecturing a customer that he stopped in the wrong place (10m short). Was no inconvenience to anyone and all it did was create an unnecessary stress, especially while dealing with a young child
