“Easy drop off ringing 10 mins before arrival and straightforward place to be in front of hotel. Just waited a couple of minutes. Same on return ring when have baggage and pickup same place. Waited 5 mins and car was there.”
“We were left waiting for 15 minutes in the freezing cold when attempting to drop off our vehicle at Gatwick, this was despite calling 10 minutes before our arrival (as per instructions) and calling again after being left standing around for 10 minutes.
I’m receiving chemotherapy medication and despite being wrapped up I ended up with an awful cold. NEVER AGAIN.”
