“Not APH. the service worked well on drop off, however we had to wait over 20 minutes on pickup, which is not a service level I’ve ever experienced with APH themselves”
“We were left standing outside in sub zero temperature s for almost an hour waiting for our car to be brought back. The man in the office we spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Never again.
On a positive the man who delivered the car back to us was apologetic and perfectly pleasant”

The postcode on our information was incorrect so we couldn’t locate drop off. To then be told to go to meet n greet outside the premier inn. There was no official area. We met the bloke there who approached us moaning he’d been there ages and was freezing. Said guy on phone should have directed us and was a ‘ numpty’ . Very unprofessional and rude!
Then on collection we were left waiting in freezing temperature and when a man finally arrived he didn’t even speak to us. Gave me keys and walked off. I was shocked how rude and unprofessional the whole service was.
I did meet and greet at Stansted in the summer and they scanned the car and checked us in and it was very professional and friendly.”
