“The staff were waiting outside Premier Inn Gatwick airport (north terminal )on our arrival
Friendly man , Hand over was quick and easy photos taken of our car.
I phoned APH on collecting our luggage and walked over to Premier Inn and car was returned within 10 mins outside Premier Inn by friendly lady .”
“When I initially called to confirm we were ready on the phone, the individual was rude asking us to confirm we had our luggage. I confirmed we had and were waiting outside. We were told our car would be on its way.
After 20 minutes I approached a woman as I was concerned our car hadn’t arrived. She kindly rang the office and confirmed the car was on it way.
After a further 20 minutes, (40 minutes after the initial call) I rang to enquire where our car was. She was rude on the phone and told us our car was on the way. She confirmed she would find out and ring back. She never called us back.
10 minutes later our car arrived. The male delivering the car wasn’t apologetic. In total we waited 50 minutes from our car.
Whilst waiting we kept seeing the same staff coming and going especially with peoples cars who’d arrived after us.
We’re really disappointed with the service. Firstly having to wait 50 minutes for our car but secondly due to the customer service; if someone had said they were busy or indicated we would have needed to wait a little while that wouldn’t have been a problem. We could have got a drink etc but instead, we rushed out then was left waiting 50 minutes with no explanation other than ‘they’re on way”.”
