“Terrible service. My flight was cancelled and APH office is closed at the weekend which is shocking. The ILMAG agent refused to deal with me and I was unable to change my booking to the next day, APH also do not offer refunds.
Absolute disgrace of a company who just want to grab your money and charge extortionate prices. I will never use them again.”
“Handing your car over to someone you dont know isnt an easy thing to do, and i did this with a bid of trepidation given some of the mixed reviews ( many of which i thought were customer gripes rather than APH). Anyway, my experience was excellent from the booking, pick up, through to the drop off. It was comforting that the driver had all the details scanned into a device, which they checked with you on drop off and pick up. This is something that Meet and Greet make sure customers are aware of when they book. In summary, thank you, i will definitely use again”
“An excellent service from start to finish. My daughter had left her phone in the car and they brought it back to the airport for us without any fuss. On our return, we were delayed by six hours and they just altered our pick up time for later in the day without any penalisation at all and were very kind. Highly recommend this service.”
