“Very good service. Rang 10mins before arriving at Gatwick. Needed to listen very carefully to the final instructions to drop off point as the chap spoke very fast! Driver completed through walk round before we handed over keys. On arrival back in UK at 11pm we called after baggage reclaim as instructed but had to wait in a call queue this meant we were waiting longer than anticipated for our car to arrive back. The driver this time didn’t appear bothered about doing a hand over walk round which was disappointing. We have a tracker on our car and we were pleased to see that it moved only once (900m)! Would definitely use the service again.”

“It was very simple, literally called them on route with eta, leave the car with the guy at the terminal and walk straight in. ON return call them when you have your luggage and the car is delivered back to the same location outside the terminal for you to drive away, now waiting, no buses, simple and efficient.”
