“I was very apprehensive about using meeto and greet for first time after hearing all the bad stories about it. However the process overall was very smooth and I would recommend it. The call centre was quick to answer the call. Only minor negatives was that the drop off point was a bit hard to understand - it would be useful to have more prominenet signage, and it took longer than anticipated to get the car back but these are minor points.”
“So impressed, having used various meet and greets at Gatwick over the last few years this was by far the best one. Such an easy drop off and collection from just outside the Premier Inn hotel right on the doorstep of the airport. Will absolutely use this again, thank you :-)”
“Very good initial experience. The driver was ready and waiting upon our arrival at departure time as planned. Provided instructions for our return very clearly and wished us a pleasant flight etc. Upon returning to the U.K. we phoned from the baggage hall as requested, pressed the keypad number as directed and were greeted by a long spell of ‘I love meet and greet’ music followed by a dead lin/cut off. This happened a couple of times until I eventually spoke to a very gruff sounding person who told me to ‘go straight to the Premier Inn where you dropped your car off - if you remember’. I told him o did remember and would be there asap. We quickly said goodbye to our travelling family who were catching a later train and rushed to the hotel. The song on the phone hold kept repeating that it was good that the service enabled us to keep warm and dry. We were neither for our 40 minute wait for the car to arrive as we stood in the cold rain. It would have been much quicker (and drier) to have parked ourselves and enjoyed the bus ride back to the car park. For the extra cost we were wetter and colder and more frustrated. Bad enough but when I phoned for an update, I was told that they couldn’t help the weather and that several flights all came at once and that the drivers take it slowly in the rain. Probably all true but coupled with no apology from the eventually arriving and very rude driver it all seemed like we were an inconvenience to the business rather than a high fee paying customer. It is unlikely that we will use the service again.”
“Waited over 20 minutes for our car to be collected, on our return again waited over 20 minutes for our car to be returned to us, hardly meet and greet.wont be using this service again.
Had a very tired 7 year old after an early flight.”

“In some ways too perfect. Car was waiting for us right outside when we walked out of airport and we were on the motorway in 2 minutes. Brought the holiday to an abrupt end rather than having to queue for a long bus journey to pick up car and get acclimatised to being back ☹️”
