“I feel it should not be called meet and greet, more wait and greet as you have to pull up in a lay-by and wait for a driver to come. The drivers were friendly and even suggested an alternative route home due to traffic.”

“So did the meet and greet at Gatwick , on arrival we were not quite clear where to park up and be met , we called the number and a friendly person was super helpful with instructions and a driver soon came to meet us . He told us what to do when we returned. On returning we called the number they gave us instructions and the car was there waiting with the driver.”
