“Booked through APH but got 'ilovemeetandgreet', hopeless!
The instructions provided were very misleading as they gave contradictory times to phone and gave APH contact details rather than ILMAG.
On arrival I phoned, as instructed, when all our luggage had arrived. We were out of the terminal before the call was answered at 17:53. (We had estimated our arrival as 18:00 when booking and given our flight details.
we waited for our car but when it had not arrived at 18:15 I phoned again to be told some copck and bull story about there being two customers with the. Same name and them sending out the wrong car. Was told it was on its way and would be a couple of minutes.
Finally arrived at 18:23, 30 minutes after ordering.
When asked why he was so late the driver replied 'There are only three of us' before running away.
Dreadful experience.”
