“Easy and didn't have to wait long. Only wish my seat hadn't been adjusted so high that I my head was almost at the ceiling which was a bit inconvenient to adjust with wing mirrors etc at 4am and radio channels moved”
“On the whole the Meet and greet service was very good however this was the first time I had tried this service and I was very disappointed when my car was returned at the airport and was covered in bird droppings and leaves. The car had obviously been parked under a tree for the week that it was parked. I had already booked the meet and greet option for a trip from Gatwick in November, if this was not the case the three hours I spent cleaning my car the day after my return would have made me book a different service to park. I should say we always park with APH at the park and ride service and would highly recommend APH as a company to use.”
“Excellent service in August. Could not fault, so we used again in October. The staff/drivers are lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we were left outside in the cold waiting for 55 mins whilst other cars were driven back to the waiting space, to people who had only just turned up to the area. Our flight was delayed and we were told, on ringing that there would be a 15 minute delay, which is perfectly acceptable, but the time went and still our car hadn't arrived. On ringing after 40 mins, we were told that our car was on its way, when in fact it wasn't as we can see from the data on our car that it wasn't driven til 12.56 am and the distance is 3 miles and 9 minutes.
It is very frustrating when you've been waiting for nearly an hour and drivers are turning up with owners cars and they are stood waiting for 5 minutes for people to actually appear with their luggage, yet you've been stood there for an hour. I don't know if regular customers get preference over others or whether we just got overlooked?
It would have been far quicker to use the regular park and ride and get the bus, as the process took 3 times as long.”
“Followed the simple instructions and they were there waiting for us both going and on our return, even though we got a bit lost exiting the terminal as we were on the wrong floor.
Will definitely use again when going to Gatwick next time, so much easier, quicker and more pleasant.”
