“Only a short wait on arrival but instructions clear and well organised. Coming back we arrived at a different terminal but there was no issue - again instructions clear and efficient.”
“Such a shame when uesed in the past could not fault. We were due to fly on Thursday 24th October but due to an accidient with a light of stairs on Sunday am 20th I spent the next 2 weeks in an ICU with 14 broken ribs 1 perforated lung abd a broken collar bone plus abrations etc. Needless to say my partner called on Monday 21st to see if we could cancel. We were advised very formally nothing to be done as too near flight departure so no refund possible. Not posititive customer services and now will black mark due to such a poor response.”
