“I have used Meet and Greet service before, and have had no problems. However, for this trip the outgoing leg was fine, but on the return journey, I telephoned from the baggage collection hall as required and was told my car would be there as soon as possible. We went to the collection point and waited, and waited, in a temperature of 6 degrees C, and the car eventually arrived after 25 minutes of waiting. We are both in our 80's, and could have done without that long wait on such a cold day. I expected to wait for 10 minutes maximum, and if that had been achieved , my star rating would have been good or very good. I would still recommend APH Meet and Greet because I think, and hope, that this failing was a "one off".”
“Once we found where we needed to drop our car off, as there was misunderstanding with the instructions, it was very straight forward and vice versa when we picked it up.
The drivers were friendly and courteous.”
