“Very professional. I had no problems whatsoever. We usually use the bus service which is exceptionally good as well, but if they are busy sometimes it’s hard to get on the bus as I am disabled. I found this way much easier and was extremely happy with the services for a friendly professional.”
“Leaving car was efficient and uneventful. Unfortnately, collection took nearly took 30 minutes for car to be delivered, despite being told 12-14 minutes, and an update had to be chased. I understand that problems can sometimes arise with availability of drivers, with circumstance beyond APH control. However, a telephone update could have avoided a alond wait in the cold!”
