“Excellent service, we were met by the driver as soon as we arrived at the airport on departure. Walked straight into the airport.
On return I telephoned to say we had our luggage and by the time we got outside our car was there. Hassle free, great service!”
“Very badly sign boarded / directions given on instructions and verbally were confusing at best. Our flight was cancelled so had to retrieve our car on the same day, when we questioned the operative about returning in 2 days when our flight had been rescheduled for he was basically not interested and simply said ‘refer to your terms and conditions’. V poor, won’t be using again, will tell friends and family the same.”
“On our departure was good , but not on our return we was told 20 minutes and they needed to de-ice the car, fair enough,but it was 45 minutes we waited especially at midnight in the freezing cold -2 c ,so not impressed we could of got another phone call to say wait in the terminal.”
