“Always great and relaible service from APH Meet & Greet (Ilovemeetandgreet at Gatwick). Call the office when you are 10 minutes away and they are there waiting for your car on arrival. We had two cars, with the daughter and grand daughter in the 2nd one. She left the pram in the boot by mistake and we only realised when we got up to the bag drop! Quick call to the office and they had the driver delivering the car back to the pick up point within 10 minutes! Pram collected and we are on our way!
Return pickup was almost as easy, with a slight (15 minute) delay from the time I called as a lot of delayed flights had just arrived. Thank you APH! Always service with a smile!”
“We have used APH Park & Ride for years and thought we would give the Meet & Greet a go. I visualised that we would pull up and someone would be waiting and the same upon our return, that our car would be ready. However this was not the case. I had to call a number prior to our arrival, luckily I was not driving or this would have been difficult. I had to wait on the line for around 10 minutes by which point we were pretty much at the drop off point. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to collect the car and had to call the line again to check we were in the right place. Signage could have been made more clear. Upon our return the same happened. We waited outside in the collection location in the freezing cold for 15 minutes, having done as we were asked and folllowing instructions upon collecting bagggae. There is no shelter so I'm not sure what you would do if it was pouring with rain.”
