DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS. APH caused damage to my car and refused to accept that the photos I provided showed the damage. They also did not pay the Gatwick drop off zone charge that was supposed to be included in the price. Another bunch of Meet & Greet con artists.

The Meet and Greet service was excellent. If you are truly looking for something that would improve your service, I can suggest one thing. We always travel to Gatwick using the M23 from the South. We left home at about 3am and were warned on the way that the M23 north was closed south of Gatwick. This was the first time that we had realised this. At the time, we were already travelling on the M27 eastbound and eventuallty decided to go up the A3M (which worryingly, also reported the road closed north of Guildford, which in fact, wasn't the case! All a bit stressful). Had we known earlier, we would have used the M3 north onto the M25 and then down the M23 to Gatwick. As an improvement to your service, as you have our email addresses when booking, you could contact customers a day ahead with any 'major road closures or delays' expected. Just a thought but it would be appreciated a lot by customrs.

Great service! I have utilised APH several times and have found them so easy to use. Always reliable and facilitating. The staff are friendly and obliging and go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have been using meet and greet for a few times now, but have noticed the last couple of times the pick ups at the end of the holiday have been rather dragged out, very easy process by simply calling the number given at time of drop off once you have collected your bags. We were told it would take around 10 to 15mins for the car to be dropped off, this gave us plenty of time to walk out and back down to the drop off area, we even went to M&S and bought some supplies, thinking the car would be nearly there or already there, sadly no! It took another half hour before our car was finally delivered. There was another customer who had been waiting longer than us, do not sure why it took so long. My car app showed my car stayed in 2 locations during our 7 day holiday but looked like proper car parks, the later one was only 1 mile from the airport. Overall the staff are friendly and polite, and was cheaper this time round compared to parking.
