“On our return to Gatwick North terminal
,we got very clear instructions and given with a great deal of patience , to find our car pickup point.
It was though, quite tricky finding our
S. Terminal departure pickup point when we drove to Gatwick. In unfamiliar territory, putting a road name on the instructions is only of use once the road has been passed, for Oldies like us !. I am not sure how one could get over this, .maybe having someone at the end of a phone to guide us in?”
“APH Meet and Greet were super reliable and on time. The reason for giving it a 4 star is because on my arrival return, I the driver had 3 eldery ladies with me and the Meet & Greet person did not once offer to hepl support put the luggage in the car and he just stood there. APH should be all about customer service from End to End journey which I feel did not take place.”
“I haven't used before and after some confusion with the meeting point I would say we were satisfied overall. The staff were really help and confirmed they would sort out any issue with a drive through charge. Excellent customer service.”
