“I used meet and greet again and there really isnt a better service at such a good cost. On my last trip to Gatwick I had issues with my car on the way and explained these to APH. They reassured me that the would take note and none of it would be a problem for them which was reassuring. Fantastic customer service from APH again”
“Departed early in the morning from Gatwick South - great service and came back early hrs and again simple waited 5 mins and car delivered back to drop off area north terminal. Easy”
“No clear communication. Instead of giving clear instructions on where I should to drop the car, I was meant to memorise 5 different turns while I was driving during a phone call that happened 15 minutes prior to arriving. Still, even though I missed the drop off point and had to go out and back in twice, my driver was late for the pick up making me rush at the airport not to miss my flight. On the other hand, no sense of understanding when picking up the car at my arrival. Had an emergency after I made the phone call to let them know I was there. Driver drove off and the attitude over the phone was horrible. Been treated as “an eye for an eye” and been told that since I made them wait and they drove off, now I would have to wait.. They made me wait over 20 minutes for my car without clear communications. Only thing they said was “our 4 drivers are busy now and you’re going to have to wait, I don’t know how long” with a very vendicative tone of voice. I did wait 25 minutes, but seen none of their 4 busy drivers around delivering other car. Just awful service, never using them again”
“Very good service at drop off, however, had to wait approx. 15 minutes for the pick up. The driver did apologise, however, having had to wait a long time for our baggage it would have been nice to have a prompt pick up.”
