“It took 40 minutes for them to bring my car around once I returned to the UK which is appalling. I paid for this service so that I could have access to my car quick and easily which was not the case.”
“Aph meet and greet used it first time when went to drop the car off on 9th June we got lost as the postcode for their drop off point is wrong we were never told it's a wrong address by company when we called for directions man on the phone was irritated and he sounded very aggressive.I would not recommend this company unless as long as this man on the reception he doesn't have patience and manner to be answering the call.
Airport car park is much better and quicker used it many times I only used this company because my husband wanted meet and greet.

“We waited about a minute for the driver to arrive to collect our car and he was really helpful with our bags and went and found a trolley for us when he realised that I had reduced mobility. On our return we saw our car pulling up as we made our way out of departures. Really efficient, helpful and friendly service and I would definitely use again. A big difference to our experience in Luton a few weeks ago where we had to walk to the multi storey airport, which was not the sort of meet and greet we were expecting.”
