“First time using and would certainly do so again. Had heard a few bad stories, which to be honest were all from people that had never used the service, so was a little worried after I had booked. However, it couldn’t have been a better process. Called 10 mins before arrival, was given clear instructions about where to go. Once arriving the car was checked over and I was given a ticket with a number to call upon return.
The wait on return was around 10 mins, because they were so busy but the guy on the phone made me aware of that anyway so wasn’t any issue. Car came back in the exact same condition it had been dropped off in and we were off home, 10 mins after collecting our baggage.
Really was incredibly smooth and faultless”
