“Really pleased with the service we received. Going out was totally faultless and we were met with a super friendly driver. On our return we were disappointed to have to wait 25 mins from calling the company on collection of our luggage, to the car arriving. Apparently our car had been blocked in, but it would’ve been nice to receive a call about this, rather than me having to chase up and find out where the car was. The driver was apologetic, friendly and helpful.
We certainly wouldn’t let this stop us from using the company again, and were overall really happy.”
