“The pick up for the car was great but sadly this was let down by the pick up. The pick up took over 30 minutes which is quite ridiculous. The initial phone call said they were just waiting for someone to come back however no time frame was given. The follow up call was answered with they are round the corner sorry it’s been busy and a road has been closed.
Not ideal after a long flight then a long wait outside. Not quite meet and greet rather meet and wait.”
“Good in a way to get safe place to park car, however when they send post code, that was absolutely wrong and misleading. You have to call them at least 10 minutes before and find the right way. Absolutely ridiculous.”
