“Excellent the first time we used them, so recommended them to the other driver in our party this time, as well as booking ourselves. Unfortunately we were made to wait over half an hour after our time slot to have the car collected upon arrival. Not only was this frustrating so early in the morning (especially as others that arrived after us had their cars collected before us), but this also had a knock on effect in terms of our time scales once we were in the airport.
