“We had no problem dropping off the car and on our return the car arrived at the meeting point at exactly the same time as we did despite the return flight being delayed by 2 hours. A very efficient service from start to finish.”

The man who I first interacted with to take my car - lovely, friendly and very well mannered. But unfortunately the night staff man who I felt with and the guy who dropped my car back to me were extremely disrespectful and had disgraceful behaviour - even accused me of lying and were very unhelpful even tho I was trying to make things work out every which way possible. He just wouldn’t listen.
The back of my car was also COVERED in bird droppings.”
“Car came back absolutely rotten and cover in bird mess and tree sap clearly wherever parked offsite is not undercover and open to the elements . Had to was the car 3 times to get rid of all the residue and sap”
