“Fairly straightforward specially as get with 10 minutes from the airport follow the instructions given, you are met by a friendly member of staff although you may have to wait a few minutes. Your car is examined & photographed for any damage. Collection is easy give them a call as soon as you have collected your luggage & make your way to where to where you dropped your car after a few minutes your car is delivered to you.”
“The person who greeted us when leaving for the holiday was on point and was friendly when we met.
However, the person who greeted us when we returned back from holiday was very unprofessional. The time was pre-advised, yet the person was late and then told us to wait upstairs - however 20mins later we phoned him to check on his status and he told us to meet downstairs at 2:20am. It was unnecessary and we were forced to meet him downstairs with our luggage’s and 2 children under 7.”
