“Poor service. Not clear instructions provided. Being at Gatwick Airport for the first time, I wasn't aware of the car parking check in procedure and when arriving at the orange parking as per instruction I couldn't see anybody able to advise me on how to proceed. They claim to be always there in the parking corner but I couldn't see anybody, despite having looked for them. As a result I ended up paying the short stay parking when leaving, in addition to what I had already paid when pre-booked online. The most annoying part of this horrible experience in when I went to the parking to collect the car at my return. I casually bumped into a bunch of guys wearing hi vis jackets and I asked information about the car collection process. It turned up that those guys were the parking staff and they just laughed at me, being aware of the fact that my car wasn't checked in and therefore I had to pay for the short stay parking too. They said I wasn't the only one in this situation and apparently many people get in the same sort of confusion. They also say that I must read carefully terms and conditions when purchasing anything online, making me believe that perhaps they also know that things are not clear if you have not been there before. Honestly the whole thing was super confusing. I have been parking my car at many airports but I have never experienced anything like this before. The lack of information and guidance for customers is unbelievable, not sure how they can even get away with this poor service.
Furthermore, it wasn't clear that the car don't stay at that parking, but it gets driven by some member of the staff and parked somewhere else outside the short stay parking and then returned.
I don't think I will use this service in the future and I definitely don't recommend this Company to anyone. Really bad experience”
“Car came back with a punctured tyre, was told at the airport they can’t do anything about it and shushed away and then when I spoke to customer services they told me it’s not their problem. Will never use again”
