It's the case of the compuiter expert uderstanding it all writing how-to-do-it text for the (Gatwick) novice who doesn't!”
“Everything went smoothly. There is a short walk from the reception, which is under the Sofitel hotel, across to departures but only a few minutes. This wasn't an issue for us and this option was cheaper than the meet and greets where you stop in the road outside departures.”
“The collection process was extremely efficient, my car was delivered pretty much as soon as I arrived at the collection point. However the Drop off was a complete shambles. It was not clear where to park from the instructions given, the Ace Representative was extremely rude and shouted at me when I didn't understand where I needed to park It was very busy and he seemed under pressure however his attitude was completely unacceptable. Another customer commented that he shouted at them when they called to confirm the Drop off instructions.”
