“Staff were rude, we have booked a few Meet and Greets with APH previously (not Ace, though) and the staff have always been courteous and professional, however the Ace staff are not at all interested in giving good customer service.”
“It was fine until we collected the car. There was some minor paint scuff damage on the front left wheel arch. I reported it, they explained the procedure and gave me an email address to contact. One of the men at reception came out to look at the car as we were loading our bags. He said it was old damage. I said I had not seen it before and he bacame argumentative and rude. It turns out it was old - picked up by the entry CCTV, but that is not the point. Abusive behaviour by the reception staff is unacceptable.”
