“It all went fairly smoothly at the drop off, I had to ring the contact number because it wasn't obvious who was dealing with the drop off. After the call it was all sorted. Collection was easy- ring as you collected your luggage off of the belt, car waiting for you. It was my first time and the whole thing was easy.
