“A great and easy service to use. Drive straight in, no need to phone. Hand over keys at the hut in the car park and 3 minutes walk to the terminal. On landing also no need to phone. Walk to the CP, pick up your keys and get car which is parked in a bay. We have used several times and it has always been easy.”

“Poor service upon collection of both vehicles, the agent completing the handover did not care as there was damage to my vehicle which was raised to him. His response was “don’t worry about it, calm down my colleague accidentally whilst parking damage the front bumper, email this address and they will sort it out for you” no pictures were taken of the damage, no signature, no reassurance or taking of responsibility!
There should be a better professional procedure when damage is involved rather then handing over the key and saying good bye and moving on to another customer.”
