“The instructions you emailed are ambiguous. They refer to having to ring you if you are more than 20 mins late. We were on time and went to the car park, your rep advised we should have rang you from customs, yet your instructions do not state to do so.
If you want people to ring you from customs, regardless of whether they are late or not, then say so!!!!!!”
“Very slick operation. Drop-off at Gatwick North was virtually immediate then just a couple of minutes walk to the terminal building. Our car was waiting for us on our return. I had a look at the dash-cam footage and was pleased to see that my car was driven to and from the holding site normally/carefully...no boy racers etc. The car was stored outside in what looked like a secure area and returned to Gatwick North a few hours before our return so there was no waiting around. Brilliant!”

“Have used this service a few times now. It is quick and easy. Located a couple of mins walk from the north terminal departures entrance, just across the road. The car has been readily avilable on arrival although it took us a couple of minutes to get our bearings coming out of arrivals.”
