“Top quality service. Clear instructions, dealt with straight away on arrival and car was waiting when we got back. I had also got confused and muddled my arrival time back into the UK when I booked the car in and I called them and they sorted it with no problems. Would definitely recommend.”
“On return from my holiday at 1am at Gatwick South terminal I found my car had been significantly damaged. At first the operatives tried to suggest that the car was given to them in this condition but on review of the photos they could see it had not.
There is no set procedure to make a claim, I was told to email the company with photos and it would be “investigated”.
No timeline on when or if my car might be repaired, no apologies, I think it’s a disgraceful way to treat your customers.”
