“Arrived late at night and barrier did not open automatically , had to show the booking to attendant before access was granted which was annoying.
Also attendant was not very friendly and did not guide us to where we needed to park the car.
Return was smooth.”
“I chose self park (Luton) as I prefer to keep hold of my keys.
Transfer to airport was good.
Pick up point details could do with improvement as had to ask someone. The transfer bus say Airport Parking on it with a tiny APH logo on the side.
Also, I had just bought a £4.50 much needed coffee for my drive home only to be told I couldn’t take it on the bus and reluctantly, I had to throw it away”
