“I fly regularly from Luton and always use Airparks Self Parking via APH. It's easy, they're efficient checking in and out, and the bus usually leaves within minutes. Never had damage to my car. All in all, a great service!”

“Really easy process. I like that I could see when the transfer bus was going to arrive at the airport. Only problem is the car park is branded Airpark with no real APH identification which made it confusing to find. This could have been stated more clearly on instructions and directions.”
“We used the Self Park. Easy to get to and also to get in and out of the car park. Pleased that the gate is manned which is reassuring in case of problems. Some improvements which would make this a 5 star would be: Better labelling on buses called as Airparks which is confusing as the booking was with APH. Also tarmac in the car park needs to be improved. Too many loose stones.”
