“I just wanted to say that although we got off at the wrong site, I’m actually glad we did — because the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so refreshing and heartening to meet such kind and supportive people; they are a real credit to your organisation.
As someone with a disability, I was especially touched by one lady’s thoughtfulness. She noticed we seemed a little lost, came over to guide us, and explained that the next bus would take us to the correct car park. She even brought me her own seat so I wouldn’t have to stand. What an absolute angel — I can’t thank her enough for her kindness.”
“We had a great experience with Airparks. Everything was smooth and easy, and the shuttle buses ran frequently between the parking area and the airport. Our return flight was delayed, causing us to arrive and collect our car about 1.5 hours after the scheduled time, well after midnight. We were worried about incurring an extra charge, but we were extremely relieved and grateful that no late pickup fees were applied. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again.”

“First time using APH but it was fairly smooth, quick and easy! When we arrived there was a staff member at the barrier letting people in instead of us showing our barcode on the booking confirmation email but this wasn’t a problem. We parked quickly and easily and were close to the bus stop and the bus turned up straight away to take us to the terminal! Such an easy process. On the way home, the scanner at the barrier wouldn’t recognise the barcode to let us out but there was again a staff member there to open it for us. Otherwise was a great service! Would recommend and use again in future.”
