“Dropped a star because the driver back to carpark on our return was most unhelpful. We hadn’t used this service before so just needed a little help. Then the bus stopped at the car park where your car is parked for you and we had to ask to carry on to ours!
The spaces are extremely tight and it’s not very well lit. You get directed to a zone which there was 1 space for 3 of us. So just a heads up!”

Number plate recognition camera never works on entry and exit so have to wait for staff member to sign me in and out of car park.
