“Booked as the website specified 4 mins from the airport, it was far more longer then that. Unhelpful staff, no allocated spaces for disabled parking and no assistance with disability parking, even after I had requested. Will not be booking in future.”
“so we got there 3 hrs before our flight we joined a 30 min queue to then eventually proceed has the site is pretty big we got lost round it and ended up parking where ever we liked has there was no one to guide to my spot.
its almost like they were wholly unexpecting people to come to the place”
“Very unhappy I’ve been parking at APH for years. But on this occasion I was told by a rude abrupt man that I couldn’t use the toilet, even though a female had previously told my I could. He didn’t believe me and called her to confirm! I also had to inform him that I had prostate issues and informed him that this was the reason I booked parking through APH because onsite airport parking doesn’t have toilet facilities. He then proceeded to argue with me an said that wasn’t the reason I picked APH. It was only after mentioned my prostate problem and that I was about to wet myself that he directed me to the staff toilets! A very rude young man who clearly needs to go in a customer care course. You’ve lost me as a customer!”
“We love APH at Gatwick but were disappointed by this facility which I have to point out isn't their own site. The car park access roads were breaking up in places and were badly rutted making pulling a suitcase not too easy. Perhaps our biggest disappointment was with the staff. The driver was pleasant enough but at Gatwick our experience has been that the driver offers help to those who obviously need it. Perhaps the company who own/run this self park have a staff rule not allowing this but it was difficult watching a mature lady struggling with bags whilst he sat there and watched.”
“We were put in the grey area. The parking was on loose gravel so was difficult to pull the suitcases . Other areas may have been better but you cannot choose .”
