“On our way to you, we hit something on the left front tyre. As we were due to fly, we left our car in your very careful hands. When we got back, the tyre was completely flat! Luckily, one of your very helpful staff brought a pump, and got us back on the road with some very helpful advice on how to keep safe with the tyre. We finally got home, thanks to the advice given to us. The tyre was absolutely flat by the time we got home! Thank you to all of you! We will be back!”
“I have complained about tarmac works on car park and workmen - wet tarmac and dust blowing machines . Dropped off a very long way from parked car due to on going works ! Not professional and certainly not acceptable. APH only respond by saying complain to air parks even though they take the parking fee! Shame as first time in over 40 bookings APH have let me down !”
