“There was a severe accident on the motorway and therefore I missed the plane, I could not use the parking services - despite this, APH did not return my money !!!

“The last time we used APH at Luton was before Covid, it has changed from drop yr keys in box to self park which I prefer. Prior to travel the information informed of shuttle buses to airport commence at 4am, If shuttle required before this time to contact the car park, I had booked our parking from 3.30am so dutifully tried, for 2 days to contact the car park. Eventually I was informed if I had booked for 3.30am it would be fine and there were buses already running at that time in the morning, maybe a review of wording would be helpful.”
