“Signage at the airport for our return was virtually non-existant. Had to ask which stop we had to wait at. Car parking bays were too tight ( not enough room to the bays behind when reversing out). Wet and muddy walkways while dragging cases were not ideal either, particularly when you consider the extremely dry weather we've had.”
“Well signpost, with friendly and helpful staff when directing you to parking place. Regular transfer buses to and from airport again with friendly and helpful drivers. Will use again when flying from Luton airport.”
“I’ve used APH Luton Self Park several times and I’ve no complaints about the parking facility, the only issue I have is that it was not possible for me to contact by phone the Luton parking lot, if it hadn’t been for this issue I would have definitely given a Five Star Rating, I hope APH can Resolve the issue
