“Simple and good service. Recommend. A very special thank you to late-night staff on November 2nd who went to extra effort to help a single female traveller.”
“Very dark car park, but the worse part of it is the rough ground to pull suitcases over and the large puddles. Price or parking though was very good value. In future will check out the other Slip End car park which I think is called Purple Parking.”
“Our bus driver was really friendly and helpful, our battery had gone flat whilst we were away - I told the bus driver who arranged for a colleague to come and jump start the car - the colleague who came to help us was also very friendly and got us on our way in no time - thanks for all of your help APH, took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation :-)”
“Acceptable car park for the price. Buses leave every 20 mins. Entry and exit very easy. Car park surface is rough. Parking spaces not defined so can be somewhat haphazard. Wouldn't want to arrive or depart in the dark.”
“The parking is adequate - the spaces are basically rubble / hard core and as such unmarked. (rough surface to wheel baggage upon) The base of the bus shelter is also rubble and full of pools of water. (Unusable- red zone) So, do not expect luxury just a space to park your car. Be prepared to queue on return at peak times and stand up on a crowded bus. Services are regular. I would say it’s rather expensive for the services provided but ultimately it does the job.”
