“1st time I booked this car park . Thought I had actually booked with another.
It needs better signage , it’s on a dark country lane where you miss signage easily . Car parks are unlit so you cannot even see the parking bays or even see where you’re walking. Everyone was using there mobile phone torch ! Really dangerous for those with poor eyesight or those with mobility issues. There is no markings around car park or signage to tell you where Exit is .
Really needs improvement . Will avoid this one if I can next time I book Luton .”
