I returned home that it had been scratched all the way from front to back on the passenger side..
I have been in contact with company, so far being sent from department to department. It appears no one wants to take responsibility as yet.”

“Sadly, our car was scratched on our return by car parked far too close, not the car parks fault but not enough spaces for larger cars and so this other car must have squeezed itself in when no other space available. The pathways are covered with loose stones and really not good for wheeling cases over. We will use Gatwick APH from now on.”

It’s not entirely clear whether the scratch was reported to staff before leaving the car park. As you booked the Self-Park option, Airparks staff would not have moved your vehicle, so any claim would be subject to their specific terms and conditions.
We also apologise if you felt there was a lack of support or interaction from the Airparks team, as this is not the level of service we expect.

“On our way back from the airport to the parking lot, the driver didn't tell us which parking lot it was and dropped us off. It turned out to be a different parking lot. We had to walk with our child at 1 a.m., terrifying.”
