“Excellent service very efficient safe parking and staff very helpful, I left my Tesla door open and only realised on my app at the airport I asked the bus driver who took us to airport if they can close it and they did, when I got back we had a flat tyre. They gave me a pump and the staff helped me pump it up . Very caring and helpful. Will defo use again if flying from Luton.”
“It was ok, smooth process, friendly bus driver, except entry was slow due to one person needing to check each vehicle. We didn’t have any issues but the state of the carpark didn’t lead you to believe it was particularly secure, and much of it is not tarmacked. I would look for an alternative next time.”
“Dropping the car off was OK. On return the bus journey from the airport ended in an unlit car park with no advice on where the zones were. I along with other passengers wandered around the dark car park in the pouring rain looking for our vehicles. The car park was covered with water filled pot holes. This is an experience I will not repeat. We are regular customers of APH Gatwick, a much more professional operation.”
